Rostock University promotes cooperation between Thünen Institute of Baltic Sea Fisheries and the Institute of Informatics.

25 scientists of all Baltic rim countries met at the Institute of Baltic Sea Fisheries to evaluate the results of the latest international coordinated cruises of research vessels in the Baltic Sea, and to coordinate the cruises planned for 2017.


10 years ago we moved into our new building directly at the river Warnow – the institute, now part of the Thünen Institute, was still part of the Federal Research Center for Fisheries at that time.
