The sizes and shapes of vegetables are more varied than they appear in the supermarket.
Photographs by scientist Felicitas Schneider provide insights into what she experiences working to combat food waste. The exhibition is complemented by recipes suitable for everyday use and tips on how to use food sustainably in your own kitchen. An interactive citizen science station at the University of Fine Arts invites visitors to actively engage with questions about nutrition, consumer behavior and food appreciation.
