Assignments

  • Analysis of data from genetic studies performed in collaboration with AWI, including bioinformatic and statistical analysis of sequence data (Metabarcoding: eDNA)
  • Guidance for and management of a project working group; organization of interdisciplinary exchange of research approaches and results within this group
  • Cross-disciplinary synthesis of research results, especially to link with results from biophysical modeling
  • Participation in research cruises, sampling and processing of environmental DNA and zoo-/ichthyoplankton samples in the field
  • Participation in and, if necessary, organization of project meetings
  • Preparation of project reports and publication of results
