Nick Norman Lagrain - new trainee

Nick Norman Lagrain is a student at the Georg-August University of Göttingen in the interdisciplinary Bachelor’s program Ecosystem Sciences. As part of his degree, he is completing his internship in the Thünen-Institut for Forest Economy.

Nick Norman Lagrain works with data from the Forest Accountancy Data Network and analyzes relationships between cost and revenue structures in larger and smaller forestry enterprises.
His areas of interest lie in applying statistical methods in forestry and environmental sciences to support evidence-based decision-making for sustainable forest management and forest policy measures.
