Quantitative network tools provide innovative methods for policy mix analyses

A highly complex structure emerges, centered around the agricultural strategy on the one hand and the biodiversity, forestry, and environmental strategies on the other. The individual laws and regulations are formally well integrated. The mix is balanced with regard to production and conservation aims. The challenge lies in the implementation of the complex policy structure. Coherence with international conventions and agreements can be improved.
