Fellings in Germany increases to 86,1 million m³

Our preliminary calculations for 2020 show that logging increased by 9% to 86.1 million m³ (derb wood without bark) compared to 2019 due to calamity. Softwood felling increased by 15% to 67.7 million m³ compared to the previous year, while hardwood felling decreased by 1.8% to 18.4 million m³.
