One-month internship at the Thünen Institute of Forestry

As part of his career training as a forestry inspector candidate at the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture, Mr. Lorenz Friedrich is completing a one-month internship at the Thünen Institute of Forestry in February 2023.

According to the Training Regulation for Agricultural and Environmental Services in Lower Saxony, this training period is to take place in a forestry-related administrative or business setting.

During this time, Mr. Friedrich will gain an insight into both the ongoing tasks of the Institute, as well as current scientific projects. A particular focus of his internship will be on potential impacts of climate change on forestry production systems.
