Moses Kazungu successfully defended his doctoral thesis on 14. of December 2021.

His dissertation is titled “Forest resources and land use change in Zambia: Examining the relationship between household-level attributes, contextual factors, deforestation and forest degradation, and their implications for livelihoods”. The work was carried out in cooperation between Thünen Institute and the TU of Munich. Over 30 experts, colleagues and friends participated in the online disputation.
