Landscape Forestry in the Tropics - LaForeT - Final workshop in Zambia

The final workshop of the LaForeT Zambia component was organized on 1 Dec 2022 by the Copperbelt University in Kitwe, Zambia.

Participatory land use mapping "Sailunga"

Representatives of the Ministry of the Environment, community representatives from project areas, various research institutions, environmental organizations and the forest industry took part.
Over 30 participants discussed policy recommendations based on the research results from 12 research landscapes. The feedback clearly shows that the workshop was highly valued by all sides, primarily as a necessary, independent platform for the exchange between various stakeholders.
