1993 – 2016 Research fellow positions at the Julius-Kühn Institute in Dossenheim, Charles Darwin University in Darwin, RWTH Aachen University in Aachen, RLP AgroScience Ltd. in Neustadt/Rhineland-Palatinate working on projects related to "metabolic engineering" with recombinant antibodies and research projects on the molecular characterization of phytoplasmas and the development of molecular detection assays.
1988 – 1993 PhD student at the Julius Kühn-Institute in Dossenheim graduating at the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg.
