- Ecosystem-based (multispecies) fisheries management
- Analysis of temporal and spatial population dynamics of marine fish stocks due to anthropogenic and natural impacts
- Cooperation at the interface of science, fishery and policy to protect and preserve the marine environment whilst achieving sustainable usage of its living resources.
