A new article from Prof. Dr. Matthias Dieter shows feasibilities and limits. In many cases valuation of the entire stock of natural assets fails due to the lack of an appropriate reference. However, valuation of changes is rather feasible. Moreover, for political decisions changes are the appropriate unit in many cases, too.
