ANUGA is the world's largest and most important trade fair for food and beverages. It takes place every two years in Cologne, this year from 07. to 11. October.

"Fischbestände Online" was once again represented at the "Retailforum" of the BVLH (Federal Association of the German Retail Grocery Trade). This year various partners presented their projects on sustainability, food safety and transparency.

During her opening tour, Christina Schulze Föcking, Minister for the Environment, Agriculture, Nature and Consumer Protection of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, visited the booth of the Thünen Institute of Baltic Sea Fisheries.

The website "Fischbestände Online" provides up-to-date and scientifically correct information on all sustainability aspects of the exploitation of marine fish stocks, which are important for the German market.
