Chinese delegation visited the Thünen Institutes of Forestry and Wood Research on November 8, 2023

For about 30 years, the Yunnan Academy of Forestry and Grassland/China and the Thünen Institute of Forestry have maintained a mutual scientific exchange.

After a break due to the pandemic, the General Director of the Yunnan Forestry and Grassland Bureau, along with 3 scientists from the Yunnan Academy of Forestry and Grassland, visited the Thünen Institutes of Forestry and Wood Research in Hamburg-Bergedorf. We explored potential topics for the continuation of our cooperation and agreed to develop research concepts on a specific subject.
