Assignments

  • Investigation into the current state of offshore wind farms (OWFs) and fisheries co-location globally (with special focus on the North Sea Region, primarily in the German part of the North Sea)
  • Conducting a suitability analysis to support and allow for successful co-location of fisheries and offshore wind farms
  • Development of decision-support tool to support the development of viable and sustainable management strategies
  • Development of management strategies through effective fisheries and OWF co-location as a viable approach for avoiding future tipping points
