The Institute for Agricultural Technology of the Johann Heinrich von Thuenen Institute, Federal Research Institute for Rural Areas, Forests and Fisheries, is offering a full-time position (currently 39 hours per week) for a
in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
The position is limited to a fixed term of two years and is to be filled by the 01.04.2020 until 31.03.2022.
The applicant will work in the third-party funded project Rural Urban Nutrient Partnership (RUN) with focus on environmental assessment. The aim of the project is to close nutrient and resource cycles between neighboring urban and rural areas, thus making a valuable contribution to increasing the resilience and resource efficiency of agricultural systems. The work is carried out in cooperation with other research institutions and in exchange with relevant stakeholders.

The salary is based on the collective agreement for civil service (TVÖD). Depending on the fulfilment of personal and tariff requirements the salary accounts of level E13 TVöD. Parttime is possible.
